instructions. Returns are subject to a restocking charge

Can I return an item that is
damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
All purchases are subject to developer and distributor
return policies. Scopes that have been mounted on
firearms we consider to be in USED Condition and will
not be accepted for return. We are unable to process
returns on ammunition due to liability and safety
issues. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience
this may cause. Items may be returned only in the
original packing, and all documentation must be
included. Based on the manufacturer's and our supplying
warehouse's policies, some defective products must be
sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Unwanted Items
Sorry but return requests made after 10
days cannot be accepted as our suppliers do not allow a
late returns grace period. On most new equipment (unless
otherwise noted), items may be returned for a full
refund (minus freight charges and 15% restocking fee)
within 10 days of date of delivery, provided the items
are returned to us freight pre-paid and have received an
authorization to be returned. Scopes that have been
mounted on firearms we consider to be in USED Condition
and will not be accepted for return.
Defective
Items
If you receive a defective Item from us,

documentation must be included. Based on the
manufacturer's and our supplying warehouse's policies,
some defective products must be sent back to the

What happens if the item I ordered
is not available?
Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery
in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an
order may be delayed due to availability or other
circumstances beyond our immediate control. In the
unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling
your order, one of our Customer Care representatives
will notify you via phone, U.S. mail or e-mail. We also
have a sophisticated back order system online that let's
you know if a product is available or not. You have the
option to add back-ordered items to your account and
have your account notify you via email when they are
available to purchase and ship again.
We
reserve the right to cancel your
order for a full refund at any time.

How long will it take to
receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS

Air or Next Day Air on accelerated delivery shipments.
Additional shipping charges will apply due to higher
rates on accelerated delivery shipments.

Can I have an order shipped to
my P.O. Box?
No. Merchandise is primarily shipped via UPS and UPS
requires a valid street address. We have also decided
that by not offering PO shipping we greatly reduce the
chance of fraudulent orders and can continue to keep
costs low. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address,
an error message will appear when submitting the order.
We cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign
addresses.
Back
to Top
Can I ship my order to a different
address?
Yes! (As long as it is not a firearm.) When you place
your order and come to the Check Out screen, just
replace your address with the address you want to ship
your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a
street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping
address.

How are shipping charges
calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product weight and
destination. We use the most sophisticated programming
language to deliver real time shipping quotes during
checkout based on your product weight and dimensions,
direct from the shipping carriers. We reserve the right
to a modest handling fee which may be added at checkout
and displayed as part of your shipping total.
Because we do not
inventory many of the items sold, your order may be
shipped directly from one of our authorized vendors from
the warehouse closest to the shipping address. The
individual vendor ultimately determines the method of
product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce
shipping charges for any reason.
Most products are
shipped via UPS because they offer package insurance and
excellent tracking software. However, the method of
shipment is always determined by the shipping vendor. In
some cases, vendors have special arrangements with other
package services such as Federal Express, Airborne, etc.

Are your items new & with
warranty?
We sell only new, factory-sealed items. All warranties,
stated or implied, are held with the product
manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult
the documentation that came with your purchase for
details.

How do I track my orders?
If you place an order online and your credit card
information is processed, you will receive your UPS
Tracking Number via e-mail and it will be available for
you in your account area. Late day or weekend orders may
take a little longer, but we send out tracking numbers
for every order that ships.

Can I make a purchase using a PO,
COD delivery or on credit?

What is the explanation of the FFL
and why is it important?
The National Licensing Center (NLC) is responsible for
determining eligibility and acting upon applications for
Federal firearms licenses, Federal explosives licenses,
and Federal explosives users permits. Inspections of
applicants are coordinated with regulatory field
offices. Such applications are required to be filed by
all persons who intend to engage in the business of
manufacturing, importing, or dealing in firearms, and
persons who intend to engage in the business of
importing, manufacturing or dealing in explosive
materials. Firearms licenses are also issued to persons
who wish to be collectors of curio and relic firearms.
Finally, the NLC issues permits to persons who intend to
acquire or transport explosive materials in interstate
or foreign commerce.
The NLC is the
official repository of firearms and explosives
inspection reports. NLC personnel maintain the Federal
firearms license database and the Federal explosives
license and permittee database and frequently provide
certifications to ATF special agents concerning an
investigation subject's licensed status.
Does the law regulate who can be
in the business?
Yes. The Gun Control Act (GCA),
administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and
Firearms (ATF) of the Department of the Treasury,
contains Federal licensing standards for various
firearms businesses (manufacturers, importers, and
dealers).
[18 U.S.C. 923(d), 27 CFR 178.47]
Who can get
a license?
ATF will approve the application if the
applicant:
Is 21 years or more of age;
Is not prohibited from shipping, transporting, receiving
or possessing firearms or ammunition;
Has not willfully violated the GCA or its regulations;
Has not willfully failed to disclose material
information or willfully made false statements
concerning material facts in connection with his
application;
Has premises for conducting business or collecting; and,
The applicant certifies that--
(1) the business to be conducted under
the license is not prohibited by State or local law in
the place where the licensed premise is located;
(2) within 30 days after the application
is approved the business will comply with the
requirements of State and local law applicable to the
conduct of the business;
(3) the business will not be conducted
under the license until the requirements of State and
local law applicable to the business have been met; and,
(4) the applicant has sent or delivered a
form to the chief law enforcement officer where the
premises are located notifying the officer that the
applicant intends to apply for a license.
(5) secure gun storage or safety devices
will be available at any place in which firearms are
sold under the license to persons who are not licensees
("secure gun storage or safety defined in 18 U.S.C. 921
(a) (34) ) .
The requirement to certify to the
availability of gun storage or safety devices was
enacted on October 22, 1998, by Public Law 105-277. The
requirement is codified in section 923 (d (1) (G) of the
GCA and became effective 180 days after the date of
enactment.
[18 U.S.C. 923 (d) (1) , 27 CFR 178.47
(b)]
Does the
Federal Government issue a license or permit to carry a
concealed weapon?
No. Neither ATF nor any other Federal
agency issues such a permit or license. Carrying permits
may be issued by a State or local government.

How are you able to offer such
low prices?
We set ourselves apart from traditional retail stores by
our extremely low overhead. Walk into a typical retail
store and you see overhead everywhere; elaborate display
cases, inventory with high carrying costs, expensive
insurance, security and employees with salaries and
benefits. The list goes on........Who do you think
is paying for those expenses?
Traditional retail
overhead expenses can be expensive and these are extra
expenses that consumers ultimately have to pay. The
question is do you really want to pay 100% to 200% above
the wholesale price for the privilege of shopping in a
retail store? We keep overhead expenses extremely low
and pass the savings on to you. Our prices are a
fraction of discounted retail sales prices and we carry
more inventory than most traditional stores.

the warehouse closest to the shipping address. We are
not able to reduce shipping charges for any reason.

for, contact our sales department and we will be happy
to try and locate the item for you.
